The Field Inventory Specialist monitors and maintains inventory levels at assigned customer location(s) utilizing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) software. Performs periodic reviews of product lot and shelf-life information to ensure proper inventory rotation using First In, First Out (FIFO) and scrap mitigation. RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately performs inventory transactions for lot controlled and non-lot-controlled inventory following FIFO methods while understanding the difference between Manufacturer and internal lot numbers Validates inbound shipment against pack slip and open receipt. Completes processing of receipt VMI and performs put away in designated customer inventory storage locations Reviews shelf life reports and communicates potential issues with team members and/or customers. Job Title Warehouse Operator III Organization Name Invagen Pharmaceuticals Employment Type (Hourly/ Full Time) Hourly / Full-Time Salary Range (Base/ Hourly) $21.32 - $30.68 /hr Benefits * 401(k) savings plan with a match * Health insurance - medical/dental/vision, health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA) * Paid time off (PTO) - vacation/sick/flex time, paid holidays * Short-term disability (STD) * Long-term disability (LTD) * Parental leave * Paid and unpaid family leave * Employee discounts * And more Work Hours/ Shift/ Remote 7 am - 3:30 pm Responsibilities/ Accountabilities * Inspect carriers/trailers of inbound and outbound shipments and report to WH Coordinator any discrepancies. * Escorts drivers always when in the facility and ensure gowning procedures are followed. * Receives and unloads freight, checks for damaged goods, verifies items and quantities received with BOL, Packing List, PO, etc. * Moves materials as required for sampling, inspection, status label changes, and ensure proper labeling. * Move materials from Quarantine to Released or Rejected areas as directed by Warehouse Management and ensure storage locations are updated on daily basis by working with Warehouse Coordinator. * Perform dispensing activities for Packaging and Raw materials and ensure cGMP and GDP practices by closely working with QA department. * Picks materials from Released inventory following GMP rules as required per production schedule, pick list, or production record requirement. * Make the necessary documentation entries * Deliver materials to specified locations using PIT. * Load outbound freight as specified in BOL's after confirming material or production descriptions, lot numbers, count and quantities using PIT. * Perform inventory counts as required. * Perform daily PIT inspections before operations. * Operate company trucks to transfer materials between facilities. * Follow and ensure compliance of safety standards in all Warehouse areas. * Maintains assigned areas in a clean and orderly state. Performs minor and spot cleaning as required. * Verifies documentation and reports for accuracy * Complies will all aspects of quality management system, cGMP policies, documentation and record keeping in accordance with industry and FDA standards and Safety and sanitation regulations. * Other duties assigned as required by Warehouse Management. Education Qualifications * High School Diploma (or equivalent experience) Experience * Minimum two to five (5) years of direct work experience in warehousing. Preference given to those with experience in pharmaceutical warehousing. * Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification. Skills/ Competencies * Minimum Two to five (5) years of direct work experience in warehousing.
