Requirements and Responsibilities • Weekly on-site presence at regional subcontractor sites and yards; Monitoring of site requirements, security, stock condition and accurate documentation. • Monitor supplier/contractor performance and promptly resolve issues, escalating when needed. • Maintain record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation. • Manage supplier process accuracy and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping. • Ensure physical inventory matches system inventory through regular cycle counting and remediation of discrepancies. • Utilizing Sitetracker/Salesforce System, manage inventory movements, material replenishment, and purchase orders. • Monitor inventory availability to ensure stock coverage; work together with the supply chain team to resolve shortages and balance stock levels throughout the regional sites. • Reconcile purchase orders, bill-of-lading, and invoices to ensure accurate record keeping; communicate to finance clearly to ensure on-time processing. • Regular analysis and reporting to supply chain and finance of variances to price, consumption, stock shortages, and transitions; research and resolve issues as needed. • Maintain KPIs that analyze inventory availability, movements, and consumption as well as subcontractor/site performance. • Manage BOM creation and execution process between Tillman Fiber and suppliers for accurate record keeping and BOM execution. • Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to understand developments in responsible region, ensure ability to execute scopes of work without work stoppages and adapt to changing requirements from the field. • Identify opportunities for improved processes internally and with Tillman FiberCo's partners; align with supply chain team to standardize best practices. Requirements and Responsibilities - Logistics and Transportation • Manage logistics and materials needed in support of TFC's marketing and construction growth. • Manage supply chain processes using ERP Sitetracker/Salesforce and NetSuite systems. • Execute company inventory processes to accurately track and process inventory movements and relay that information accurately to ERP system. • Create, track and maintain Transfer Orders in NetSuite ERP system. • Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation. • Monitor inventory availability to ensure a high percentage of material in-stock and the ability to execute scopes of work without work stoppages. • Create reporting that analyzes inventory availability, consumption, transfers, and locations.(If this role is going to be analyzing all aspects of the Supply Chain, should it be called Supply Chain Analyst and that should be listed above “Fleet Management” in responsibilities since it's the more complex and crucial…) • Develop KPIs to analyze and report logistics costs, on-time rates, supplier lead-times, carrier performance, transfer order status and other metrics as needed. • Analyze distribution network and inter-facility transfer metrics to maximize efficiency • Manage Packing List creation and execution process between Tillman Fiber and Suppliers for accurate record keeping and Packing List execution. • Monitor all open POs until deliveries are completed and complete PO closeout process. Your Mission The purpose of this position is to increase production by setting up mailing jobs for addressing, helping pull mailings jobs from inventory, accurately accounting and submit all of our mailings to vendors or the USPS. You will be cross trained on the Postal Runner position. These duties will include driving our Box truck to Tampa, loading and unloading mail and supplies. You will also be cross trained on running one of our mailing machines. Specific Duties Handle administration work for mailing jobs. This is for internal admin and USPS admin; this must be accurate to the penny. Weighing and submitting mailings to be cleared by the Post Office. Wrapping Pallets & Loading trucks at the end of the day. Handle any random tasks that the Mail Manager assigns to you. Fully cross-trained on select positions in the Mailing Dept. Work Hours This is a full-time, fully air-conditioned warehouse position. Monday through Friday from 12pm to 9pm with an hour for lunch. Compensation $50 sign-on bonus paid after successfully completing the first week of work. Pay is $18.00/hour Requirements Must have clean driving record, be willing and capable of driving a box truck. No CDL required. Able to lift 30-40 lbs each day. Stand on your feet for 8 hours a day. Multi-tasker with good communication skills. Ability to keep a clean and respectable workspace. High level of responsibility and work ethic. Takes initiative to improve situations when needed.
