Your New Role
Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Sr. Counsel, Legal, Acquisitions LATAM , to join the LATAM Legal group, focusing on content acquisitions for WBD's streaming services and television networks. This role focuses on negotiating, and drafting agreements for content rights, and partnering with WBD's business teams to support content initiatives across the LATAM markets.
The successful candidate will have expertise in content acquisition/licensing, a strong commercial acumen, and a pragmatic approach.
Your Role Accountabilities
Act as legal counsel for content acquisitions across WBD's streaming services and television networks in LATAM, advising on all legal matters related to acquisition and exploitation of content rights, including:
Structure, negotiate, and draft high volume of major studio, indie film, television series, kids, and live event content licenses.
Update the department's template agreements.
Work closely with LATAM content teams responsible for sourcing content.
Collaborate with other internal clients (distribution, marketing, finance, ad-sales, and product) to move key initiatives forward.
Establish, maintain and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders and content suppliers.
Support other company business initiatives as directed.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 8 years' experience. Experience working in media, streaming, or television related business and/or knowledge of business and legal affairs in the entertainment industry, including content acquisition or content licensing, is strongly preferred.
Excellent negotiation, drafting and contract analysis skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear and effective communication at junior and senior levels within and outside the company.
Ability to handle high volume of work, recognize priorities, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Ability to function on an independent basis, with moderate supervision.
Ability and flexibility to take on new legal challenges.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Familiarity with LATAM and US market is helpful.
Knowledge/experience setting up databases, tables and automated forms is advantageous.
Undergraduate degree required.
JD degree from an accredited law school required.
Active member of California, New York or Florida State Bar in good standing.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

A little bit about our team:
Warner Music Latina's A&R department is responsible for all aspects of the creative artistic process, including talent discovery, artist signing, oversight of artist's recording, acquisition of material, choice of production partner, engineering and musicians for sessions. Your role:
As an A&R Admin Coordinator, you will be the operational and financial backbone of the A&R department. Job Description
The
QA Coordinator
is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day QA operations for Universal+ across mobile, CTV, and web. Partner with Product, Program/Project Managers, Vendors, and Distribution Partners to plan test cycles, manage certification readiness, and keep documentation, environments, and defect workflows tight-so releases ship on time with the right coverage.
As the QA Coordinator you will review and analyze system requirements, while keeping a user's perspective in mind; You will be responsible for translating these requirements into test cases, identifying defects, and driving them to resolution. Ideally, the candidate will possess a drive for thinking creatively to resolve complex problems and enjoy contributing to solutions. This role will be involved in monitoring all platforms and devices to ensure the product is being delivered as intended.

Plan & Schedule:
Own the QA calendar-smoke, regression, certification, and UAT cycles; align test milestones to the release plan.
Coverage Management:
Maintain the requirements-to-test traceability matrix; keep regression suites current and risk-based per release.
Device & Environment Readiness:
Manage the device/OS matrix and test accounts; coordinate build intake, configuration flags, test data, and environment availability.
Partner Certifications:

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
Degree in accounting with post-graduate accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent) and Big 4 experience
Qualified accountant with at least 8 years of relevant accounting experience in US GAAP, including knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role is required (e.g. demonstrated change management & problem-solving skills)
Must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish, both oral and written; Portuguese is a plus
Proven oral and written communication skills with ability to discuss business issues and translate them into financial implications and action plans.
Experience ensuring integrity and completeness of financial records, including accounting in multiple currency environments and multiple statutory environments

Job Description

Job Description
The Product Manager - Data & Analytics will own the product-side data lifecycle for Universal+-from event taxonomy and instrumentation to validated, decision-grade datasets. The Product Manager - Data & Analytics will also ensure privacy alignment, data governance, and trusted, consistent, verifiable data across all sources, including partner integrations, analytics, attribution, and customer engagement platforms. This role will also manage gate releases on data readiness and uphold data standards across the product.
Responsibilities:
* Data Contracts & Instrumentation: Define and maintain event taxonomy, tagging plans, and data contracts across platforms (mobile/CTV/web), partner SDKs/APIs, attribution, and engagement platforms; version and document schemas.
* Data Quality Ownership: Establish data SLOs (Service Level Objectives) for coverage, accuracy, and freshness; run pre-/post-release instrumentation QA, reconciliations (e.g., entitlements vs. events), anomaly alerts, and a data defect log with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to resolution.
* QoE Monitoring: Define and monitor Quality of Experience (QoE) telemetry and thresholds (e.g., playback errors, start-up time, buffering, ad experience) and coordinate remediation with the Product Owner, QA, and partners/vendors.
* Integration Stewardship: Partner with internal teams, vendors, and distribution partners to ensure implementations meet data requirements (identity/consent propagation, campaign/offer attribution, metadata mapping).
* Attribution & Engagement Flows: Own product requirements for attribution and lifecycle messaging data flows (link routing, campaign parameters, event pass-through, audience syncs) to ensure reliable downstream analytics.
* Delivery & Governance: Run the data workstream plan and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies); gate launches on data readiness (Definition of Ready/Done for tracking). Translate privacy policies (consent, retention/deletion, IRR-Individual Rights Requests) into technical requirements and tests.
* Data Handoffs: Publish validated datasets, lineage, and documentation; align on KPI definitions and data availability/freshness expectations; support ad hoc investigations into data integrity.
* Vendors & Tooling: Lead evaluations/PoCs for analytics, tag management, attribution, and observability/monitoring tools; manage integration roadmaps and deprecation/change control with partners and vendors.

* Act as legal counsel for content acquisitions across WBD's streaming services and television networks in LATAM, advising on all legal matters related to acquisition and exploitation of content rights, including:

* Update the department's template agreements.
* Work closely with LATAM content teams responsible for sourcing content.

Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 8 years' experience. Experience working in media, streaming, or television related business and/or knowledge of business and legal affairs in the entertainment industry, including content acquisition or content licensing, is strongly preferred.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear and effective communication at junior and senior levels within and outside the company.
