Our Off-Track Railroad Vegetation Applicators play a critical role in controlling vegetation along railroad rights-of-way beyond the track structure. This work helps ensure safe railroad operations and compliance with contract and environmental requirements, with safety as the top priority.
Key Responsibilities
Mix and load spray trucks with water and approved chemical solutions.
Apply herbicides to off-track railroad rights-of-way using hose-reel spray systems.
Perform minor vegetation management, including weed eating and chainsaw work (16" bar minimum), as needed (approximately 25% of the workday).
Pull, manage, and roll up 300-500 feet of spray hose multiple times per day across uneven terrain.
Spray assigned off-track areas efficiently while meeting daily production goals.
Safely drive and operate spray trucks between job sites.
Participate in daily job briefings and communicate with dispatch/MTM as required.
Complete all required end-of-day paperwork and reporting.
Follow all railroad safety rules, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years of clean driving history.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and federal background check required for railroad property access.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.
CORE JOB DUTIES
* Timely completion of work lists
* Check HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule
* Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencing
* Repair mechanical equipment as directed
* Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required
* Patrol building exterior for garbage
* Snow/salt or other groundwork as required
* Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
* Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed
* Miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving
* Use protective hearing, eyewear and shoes when necessary
* Other duties as necessary
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
* 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
* Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
* An ability to work well under pressure
* Hands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
* Relevant technical knowledge
* HVAC Certified (preferred)
* Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
* Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
* Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
* Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
