What You Bring to the Field: Skills and Interests: Flag Football playing or reffing experience Creative, over-the-top, and electric Must thrive on building relationships/community; Have great communication skills; Be enthusiastic and outgoing; Be a brand ambassador for Fray; Be able to think on your feet and problem-solve; Have a positive and adaptable approach to players; Any ref licensing or accreditation is encouraged but not required for team sports.
