Requires significant travel with up to 80% Must complete certification criteria for TSI, Rogers Athletic and StageRight installation. Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints. Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of issues which occurs in the daily assembly process. Ability to problem solve, think analytically and work under pressure. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or work order form. Agility of the upper and lower body extremities, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Prefer three (3) years of assembly/installation experience on Rogers Group product line. Manufacturing Pre-Employment Training Certificate is preferred. Must have active driver's license. Prescreening: Drug screen upon hire (as well as randoms). Tape Measure Test: Candidate must be able to pass our tape measure test.
