+ Maintain the welder and other related equipment in good working order.

Physical Requirements for Manufacturing Production Employees
Standing:
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8-12 hours per shift).
Walking:
Frequent walking throughout the production floor.
Lifting and Carrying:
Regularly lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
Occasionally lift heavier items (up to 75 pounds) with assistance or equipment
Pushing and Pulling:
Use of manual or mechanical means to push/pull carts, equipment, or materials.
Repetitive Motions:
Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks (e.g., assembling, sorting, packaging).
Manual Dexterity:
Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small parts or tools.
Climbing:
Occasional use of ladders or steps to reach equipment or storage areas.
Visual and Hearing Requirements:
Sufficient vision (with or without correction) to read labels, safety signs, and equipment gauges.
Adequate hearing (with or without aids) to respond to alarms and verbal instructions in a noisy environment.
Environmental Tolerance:
Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, or humid conditions).
Exposure to noise, dust, odors, and manufacturing chemicals.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Additional Requirements: Qualified candidates will be asked to complete a weld test to D1.2 AWS (American Welding Society, Structural Welding Code - Aluminum)
