· Ability to: prepare and interpret blueprints, schematic diagrams and sketches; prepare cost and material estimates; perform mathematical calculations, communicate effectively orally and in writing; understand and follow oral and written directions; keep accurate records; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
· Work at heights; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, operate power tools and equipment, physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks and remain active throughout shifts
