This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely billing, claims submission, payment posting, and account follow-up. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with professional fee billing, surgical services revenue cycle operations, and eClinicalWorks (eCW) software. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and submit accurate electronic and paper claims for professional services to insurance carriers, Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers. Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and follow up on unpaid or denied claims within established timelines. Research and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments by communicating with payers, patients, and internal teams. Verify insurance coverage and ensure correct claim coding, modifiers, and documentation to support billing accuracy and compliance. Post insurance and patient payments accurately and reconcile daily deposit reports. Identify reimbursement trends and assist in preparing reports and tracking performance. Maintain current knowledge of payer requirements, billing regulations, and compliance standards. Collaborate with coding, operations, and vendor teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure proper charge capture. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service and communication across departments. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical professional fee medical billing, A/R follow-up, or revenue cycle operations. Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW). Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding and payer reimbursement methodologies. Experience using facility and practice EMRs such as EPIC, Meditech, or Athena. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand motions (keyboarding). Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands to handle or reach objects. Must be able to fulfill standard office activities, including filing and light lifting. Communicates worker's compliance with these expectations on a regular basis. Creates, identifies, and coordinates the activities of newly hired case managers including shadowing experiences, compliance with training requirements, and opportunities for field/classroom training. Reviews each case in unit caseload at a minimum, on a quarterly basis. This review must include a one-on-one discussion with the assigned case manager, recommendations for case progress, documentation of the review and recommendations in the Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) online database. Participates in agency CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) activities as required. Provide materials such as visualizations, analytics, and presentations to support executive decision-making. Conduct field work to investigate and validate asset locations and conditions across the Resort. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry geospatial products, services, and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain mobile and web-based GIS resources (Field Maps, Experience Builder, Survey123, ArcGIS Solutions, Dashboards, etc.) to enhance communication and operational efficiency. Partner with internal teams to develop, maintain, communicate, and enforce the client's design guidelines, standards, master specifications, and details. Support integrations between GIS and other data management systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Airtable, Maximo, Microsoft 365, and more. Required Skills Minimum of 7 years of geospatial experience, with demonstrated expertise in an ArcGIS Enterprise environment. Proven ability to publish and manage content in Portal for ArcGIS, including map/image services, feature services, and web maps/apps. Experience managing GIS enterprise relational databases. Proficiency with Esri's suite of mobile, desktop, web, and server-based ArcGIS products, including ArcGIS Pro, Portal for ArcGIS, Experience Builder, and Field Maps. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automation workflows using tools such as FME, SQL, Python, ArcGIS Arcade, ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, Microsoft Power Automate. Strong sense of accountability with the ability to take full ownership of work and deliver with minimal oversight. Solid understanding of GIS fundamentals and concepts, including coordinate systems, data design, cartography, and spatial analytics.
