The successful candidate will ensure that all projects run smoothly, clients are attended to, and that project tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality to meet our client's business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for overall delivery of projects on time, on budget, and within scope
Ensure the use of best practices for delivering projects
Manage external client relationships (expectations, communications, escalation, feedback, etc.)
Be proactive in taking the initiative and the lead for identifying and resolving issues
Assess and manage risk, issues and change within and across all assigned projects
Manage third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as required within projects
Adhere to the project objectives and success criteria as outlined in the project statements of work
Manage the tasks and milestones as outlined in the statements of work
Ensure delivery satisfaction with key client business stakeholders
Prepare all required detailed internal and external status report
Be able to identify project change requests and handle them effectively and efficiently
Ensure established business and PMO delivery processes are followed
Keep the appropriate people informed and up to date including team members, senior management and the business on the status of projects
Manage project budgets and financials, and escalate issues as required
Managing project plans, schedules, RAID logs, financial milestones, time tracking and all other extensive artifacts and administrative activities within Arctiq's project management systems
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, enterprise security, project management, business or other related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of progressive project coordination or project management experience managing small to medium scale IT projects
Prior experience working on external client facing projects
Any prior experience working for a professional services organization, VAR, or an MSSP
Demonstrable success at project delivery in both short-term projects and long-term projects
Ability to actively balance a full workload of projects in parallel on an ongoing basis (25-40+ small sized projects and engagements)
Demonstrated PM competencies: planning, budget, and timeline management, scope management, risk management, communications management, timely decision making, effective team building
Excellent presentation skills - must be comfortable communicating with teams from multiple levels of the organization both internally and externally
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong financial acumen with a keen eye for detail in managing budgets, revenues, margins, invoicing, and forecasting.
Understanding of resource allocation management and forecasting
Experience in System Development Lifecycle and Project Management methodologies (including waterfall, Agile), and the ability to apply them in a flexible manner in various situations
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) is considered an asset
Agile project management designations (ie SAFe, CSM) would also be considered an asset.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs all duties under direct supervision of a pharmacist.
Adheres to BioMatrix policies and procedures; and complies with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
Complies with HIPAA Privacy Rule, and maintains strict confidentiality of patient, client and employee information.
Prepares and generates batches for preparation of prescriptions.
Prepares prescriptions and enters into CPR+ pharmacy software system for Pharmacist verification including delivery addresses, FedEx tracking numbers, changes in patient health status and communications to Pharmacist.
Accurately enters new product and supply inventory into CPR+ and maintains appropriate drug and supply inventory levels.
Generates labels, picks, and packages prepackaged and unit dose drugs in accordance with dispensing order (pick-list).
Maintains patient files with current prescriptions
Ensures all pending orders are approved by communicating with the billing department prior to shipment to assure insurance clearance prior to shipment date (prior authorization)
Notifies pharmacist of new prescriptions for subsequent patient orders
Works with intake coordinator to schedule shipment of drugs, pumps and supplies
Communicates with field staff and managers on shipment details: items shipped, delivery address, shipment date
Processes reorders in CPR+ according to RCC/PCS Order Request Forms
Accepts product and supply deliveries, unpacks, verifies accuracy of order and forwards packing information to accounts payable department
Monitors FedEx shipments to confirm delivery; fax delivery tickets into system
Files delivery tickets, order forms and prescriptions in an efficient, timely manner
Performs and records quality assurance activities
Maintains medication, ancillaries and supplies inventory levels to company goals; rotates stock and utilizes return process
Ensures pharmacy area is clean and maintained per organizational policy and procedure
Proactively improves understanding of bleeding disorders and other chronic disorders, products and treatments; stays current on legislative changes and insurance coverages, and is capable of disseminating this information to employees, patients and others within the bleeding disorder community
Attends QMC meetings on a quarterly basis and provides input
Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise; attends continuing education programs to maintain expertise in pharmacy and information systems
Participates in continuing education programs appropriate to this position, and maintain current knowledge of government regulations and industry best practices; provides relevant updates to staff members accordingly
