The Warehouse Associate will work under the direction of the Warehouse Lead and will work in the Warehouse. The Warehouse Associate is responsibilities are to move product among the warehouses, to bring product for productions for all processing lines, and maintain inventory in order. This position is responsible for all other warehouse duties. Any safety concerns and/or production improvements shall be presented to the Warehouse Lead. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for inspection and making sure products in the warehouse meet the safety and quality standards set by Riviana Foods.
As a member of the Riviana Foods team, the Warehouse Associate should demonstrate the ability to foster an environment of accountability, excellence, collaboration, and innovation is required. The Warehouse Associate will partner with his or her peers to achieve the goals of the company while honoring the core values of Riviana Foods.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating fumigations
Assist in monitoring the fumigating containers
Operate a forklift
Keep record of all products that has been fumigation and keeping the fumigation binder updated.
Properly sampling products upon request
Proper label of ingredients in warehouse with tote label and corresponding sample tag, identify products containing gluten, allergen, or organic with corresponding color label.
Inspect totes for cleanliness, absence of insect infestation, and general condition before moving product to different locations. Bring to the attention of Warehouse Lead any deviations that do not comply with company policy or procedures.
Follow Riviana Foods Safety and Accident Prevention Rules.
Notify quality assurance department of any product that may not meet Riviana quality standards or may cause a food safety hazard if eaten and record on appropriate document. Notify Warehouse Lead as well.
Following GMP's, keep their area and floors clean always, and tools on cleaning station when not in use.
Must have and understanding of HACCP.
Work alongside others or independently to complete projects
Work with fellow Supervisors and Technicians to accomplish the goals of not only your department but the goals of Riviana Foods.
Assist in the safe storage, retrieval, warehouse control, and timely processing of productions and orders.
Perform relocation of products in a manner that will not compromise the integrity of the product or the safety of employees or handling equipment.

Feedstock Supervisor
The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient handling of feedstock materials, with a primary focus on front-end loader operation. This role directly supports the Feedstock Supervisor by executing material flow in accordance with the Feedstock Management Plan, while maintaining equipment care, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting PEFC Chain of Custody requirements. Operators in this role must be adaptable and capable of operating a variety of mobile and heavy equipment as needed to meet operational demands.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
Safely and efficiently, operate the front-end loader and other mobile equipment to support daily feedstock handling.
Ensure proper material flow and quality by following the Feedstock Management Plan and maintaining organized staging areas.
Manage feedstock piles in accordance with the Feedstock Supervisor's instructions and PEFC guidelines to ensure proper material rotation, segregation, and preservation of chain of custody integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
Operate the front-end loader to load, move, and manage feedstock materials across the site.
Conduct daily pre-operation and post-operation checks using documented inspection lists.
Maintain assigned equipment by performing routine care, cleanliness, and reporting issues.
Follow the Feedstock Management Plan (FMP) to ensure correct material flow and prevent contamination.
Operate all equipment with a strong commitment to safety, following company protocols and actively identifying potential hazards.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1-2 years' operating a front-end loader, forklift, or similar equipment in farming, agriculture, construction, or industrial settings.
Experience in material handling, pile management, or yard work (e.g., ag commodities, trucking yards, scrap yards, or co-op operations).
Basic equipment maintenance or mechanical troubleshooting experience is preferred.
Prior work in outdoor environments with exposure to seasonal weather conditions.
Comfortable with basic computer or tablet use for completing checklists or logging equipment use.
Demonstrated attention to safety, teamwork, and taking care of equipment in previous roles.

2. Supervise teachers assistants, parent volunteers, interns or individuals as assigned by the director or head teacher;

Implement daily curriculum, for example; art, science, music, movement, cooking, circle time, gross and fine motor activities, story time, social skills, etc., as assigned and in accordance with the philosophy of the Child Care Center; 4. Assist in planning curriculum, implementing age appropriate learning groups, including preparing work area, organizing curriculum materials, using copy machine, laminator and other office equipment, and helping to clean up work areas;
5. Establish and maintain an environment for children, which is clean, safe, stimulating and which is appropriate for each childs developmental level;

Job Description
The Shift Manager works under the direction of the Restaurant Manager. They work directly with team members and operate shifts in a restaurant. As a Shift Manager, there are multiple levels of responsibility and development. Progression through these levels is based on demonstrated skills, experience, and operational knowledge. All levels require full certification in the position (completion of Shift Leader (SL) training path and ServSafe certification).
All levels of Shift Managers, regardless of their level, are responsible for the following key duties:
Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that all company procedures are followed. Uphold the standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and customer service.
Effectively manage costs within budgeted levels, including cash handling, food products, labor, paper supplies, energy consumption, and other operational expenses.
Responsible for cash register setup and smooth shift transitions during shift changes.
Oversee and manage the shift, supervising and directing team members, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring a focus on customer service.
When requested, train new and existing team members in various job stations and operational procedures

Supports team development and provides mentorship to junior Shift Managers.

POSITION SUMMARY
Provides technical, supportive care and services to patients according to the instructions of the treating Physician and the Clinics policies and procedures.
The incumbent is expected to work in accordance with the

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs medical interpretation/translation for patients and their families, including in-group setting, such as family conferences;
Make notations in the patient's chart indicating the origin of the request for interpretation or translation, the nature of the service provided (such as interpreting treatment orders or pharmacy instructions), and an assessment of the patient's understanding and level of acceptance of the information;
Translates correspondence, medical histories, medical consent forms, medical procedures and instructions, legal documents, manuals, brochures and other pertinent documents as necessary;
Prepare patients for medical exam taking vital signs and symptom history;
Observe and document patients physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs and response to care plan. Considers diagnosis, age, sex, language ability, care setting and desire for care;
Assist physician with planning and communicating with other professionals involved in the patients care;
Provide competent support services including specimen collections, CLIA waived tests, blood draws, immunizations, etc. as directed by the treating physician;
Incumbent is required to act as a translator for the medical provider when needed;
Document services provided in medical record and complete required billing/reporting systems;
Provide patient and family members with educational materials as directed by physician;
Maintain medical records according to policy/procedure and regulatory standards; laboratory and referral logs as per protocols; medication sample and immunization logs daily; clinical supplies necessary for the delivery of identified scope of care in the clinic;
Perform scheduled clinic QA audits as assigned;
Cross trains to perform medical receptionist duties;
Assist Management Team with development of operational policies and procedures;
Collaborate with all coworkers in performing duties required to provide patient-focused services that meet all regulatory and licensing standards;
Update each patients chart, to include medication, update, allergy and preventative care: lab work, last well women exam, mammogram, colonoscopy, etc.;
Maintain high confidentiality standards at all times. Is required to sign a confidentiality statement upon acceptance of employment;
Will be required to float to other clinic locations to cover vacation and sick calls;
May perform other duties commensurate with the functions and level of the position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Six (6) months of experience working in similar setting;
Licensing:
