The Warehouse Worker 2 will have a direct impact on operational productivity and customer satisfaction. This role operates and leverages industrial lift trucks and equipment, information systems, and processes to ensure the correct product and materials are at the right place, at the right time. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of double-forklift driving experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Clamp lift driving and/or high reach forklift experience is strongly preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Support and execute best in class warehouse, material handling, and inventory management operations.

Sanitation: The intern required to participate in the overall sanitation of the facility prior to the season. This gives an opportunity to learn the basics behind the process prior to the start of crush. The intern will work closely with the cellar employees during the completion of this process, which will help develop a good working relationship prior to the season.
Crush: During crush season the intern will be required to supervise all grape processing. This includes:
Ensuring that sanitation has been properly completed prior to the daily startup.
Responsible for the grape trucks from the test stand to the tanks. The intern will need to work closely with the crusher lead and operators to ensure nothing goes to the wrong tank.
Responsible for seeing that additions and circulations are completed on time and in the correct manner.
Responsible to see that tanks are drained/pressed at the right times based on directions from winemaking.
Participate in daily fermenter tasting and conduct tank walks twice per day.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Verify shipment details (e.g., product type, volume, transport company) and ensure alignment with production and shipping schedules.
Communicate effectively with truck drivers, cellar personnel, logistics coordinators, and shipping/receiving teams to coordinate load timing and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in auditing and reconciling inventory records related to bulk materials and shipments.
Report equipment issues or irregularities to appropriate departments promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment around the scale house area.
QUALIFICATIONS

The Cellar Supervisor reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for direction and supervision for the day-to-day cellar operations such as communicating work assignments, training subordinates on all shifts to meet daily production needs in a safe and effective manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinates and implements daily cellars, crush, and fermenting activities such as supervision and training of these crews and scheduling job assignments.
Supervises all production functions including sanitation, cellars, crushing, and fermenting.
Must be able to learn and effectively train others on all work processes in accordance to SOPs and hold individuals accountable as necessary.
Monitors performance of all employees and communicates with the others within the management team.
Ensures compliance with all safety and personnel procedures and policies.

Job Summary:
Across the assigned range of accounts, the Collector I is responsible for all aspects of client management, including but not limited to collection of past due balances, answering customer questions and queries, resolving disputes, reconciling accounts, and handling in and out-bound correspondence.
Essential Functions:
Makes collections calls in a courteous manner to keep accounts current and under credit line.
Discusses problems and complaints with customers in a friendly manner. Handles all problems promptly and accurately.
Researches accounts, making copies of pertinent documents. Communicates with customer to resolve disputes.
Makes prompts and courteous calls on NSF checks and sends appropriate letters within 24 hours of charge-back.
Mails final demand/attorney letters to accounts over 90 days past due and promptly retires accounts to collection agency upon expiration.
Accurately writes check requests, debits, and credits as needed or required.
Collects, prepares and mails monthly statements no later than the first working day of each month.

Ideal candidates will have prior Cellar Crew 1 or related cellar experience, or experience involving consistent heavy lifting. Forklift experience is a plus. Overtime and weekend work may be required especially during the Harvest season.
