Clean/disinfect back-office areas according to scheduled maintenance program and document in appropriate records. Assist in inventory and stocking processes for facility. Manage inventory of supplies; restocking exam/procedure rooms. Sanitize laboratory bathrooms after each patient use. Call patients with lab results. Clean/restock examination rooms to prepare for each patient. Sanitize back-office surfaces with high patient contact. Assists front office registration at start of patient encounter, including collecting insurance information and additional payment information from patient during their visit as necessary Attend Medical Assistant meetings and all required staff meetings.
