Serve as the primary support to our internal client leaders for HR support including: benefits, processes/documentation, compliance, HRIS system updates, onboarding, and employee file management

Prepare and self-review workpapers in conformity with standards including scope/objective/procedure/conclusion, adequate supporting documentation, and tickmark and workpaper cross-references.
Communicate with clients on-site, by phone, or e-mail to obtain accurate information and relevant supporting documentation to support workpaper conclusions.
Draft audit reports and other engagement documents.
Provide assistance as needed to the department team.
Ideal candidate has:
Working towards a bachelor's degree in accountingor related field

Compensation Consulting:
Evaluate job positions to determine classification, exemption status, and salary
Research job requirements, structural/functional relationships, and occupational trends
Conduct high-volume market analysis across sectors for a variety of clients
Assist in job analysis and draft job descriptions; perform job evaluations using established scoring
Support Minnesota Pay Equity reporting for public sector compliance
Send market surveys and log responses, and update internal wage databases
Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to maintain compensation dashboards in Microsoft BI
General HR Support:
Support full service clients with day to day HR administration, as needed
Act as a resource related to HRIS technology processes and capabilities
Ideal Associate candidate has:
Associates degree in Human Resource Management or related field and/or related work experience
1-3 years' experience in entry level HR, compensation, and/or data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel (v and x lookups, pivot tables)
Strong problem solving and time management, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience handling sensitive, confidential information

The estimated base pay range for this role is $28.50 - $33.00. Offers are typically made below the maximum to allow room for future compensation increases in the role. The compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications, skills, and business needs.
