Essential Functions
Accounts Payable Operations
Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including reviewing, coding, processing, and allocating high-volume invoices and check requests.
Oversee and execute weekly payment cycles (checks, ACH, wires) to ensure timely disbursement while optimizing cash flow.
Ensure proper segregation of duties and enforce compliance with internal controls and organizational purchasing policies.
Manage and reconcile the corporate credit card program and employee expense report auditing to ensure policy adherence.
Resolve complex or escalated payment, invoice, and vendor discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee the maintenance of the vendor master file, including setting up new vendors and ensuring accurate W-9 and banking information for 1099 reporting compliance.
Coordinate and assist with annual 1099 filing preparation.
Leadership, Training, and Process Improvement
Serve as the technical expert and resource for AP staff and internal stakeholders regarding AP policies and procedures.
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and automation of the Accounts Payable workflow.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all AP activities.

Responsible for driving transit vehicles in a safe and reliable manner. Provides friendly and courteous service to all passengers adhering to all driver and safety rules and regulations in accordance with company policies and procedures. THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Drive routes and operate vehicles and equipment (i.e. wheelchair lifts, radios, fare boxes etc.) in a safe and reliable manner
Operate transit vehicle for official transit business only and in accordance with the system's safety plan
Performs pre and post-trip inspections on vehicle noting mechanical failures and maintenance needs on a daily vehicle inspection sheet and bus trip sheet
Provides passenger assistance in boarding and de-boarding, especially for clients that are elderly or mobility impaired
Maintain a professional image and professional conduct, including proper attire while on duty
Collect and report passenger fares, donations and ridership in an accurate, honest manner
Follow and complete route, including times and special instructions per Daily Trip Report
Fuel vehicle daily and sign and check gas/oil charge receipts for accuracy
Clean interior of vehicle, top off fuel tank, and perform Post-Trip Vehicle Inspection at end of each shift.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to frequently lift and carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds and to occasionally lift and carry with others equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and reach above shoulder level and to occasionally squat, crouch, kneel and balance
Ability to push and pull passengers in wheelchairs (as defined by ADA) up and down steps and inclines while exerting force of 80 to 100 pounds

Summary of the Job:
Obtains blood specimens by venipuncture or capillary puncture from adult, pediatric and neonatal patients employing proper patient identification and infection control measures. Enters test requests into the laboratory computer system. Performs other support duties such as answering the phone, handling questions from medical/hospital staff, ordering supplies, and investigating discrepant patient orders. Complies with organization's C.A.R.E.S. standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Current BLS certification through any International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) provided courses such as but not limited to: Ochsner Health System, American Heart Association, and American Red Cross. The ILCOR course must include a manikin check off.
Physical Demands:
Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 50 pounds is required. Must be able to work with a moderate level of noise.
