Location: Indianapolis, IN Role Responsibilities The Accounting Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the organization's expense payments by maintaining vendor files, processing invoices and travel reimbursements, verifying purchases, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and contractors. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong attention to detail. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
