We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Bonita Springs. This role supports daily manufacturing operations, including secondary processing, deburring, assembly, packaging, equipment upkeep, and quality control. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and dedicated to maintaining high production and quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Operate secondary processing equipment including vibratory finishing, grinding/buffing wheels, laser marking systems, and vapor degreasers. + Deburr machined components as required to meet quality standards. + Assist with assembly, labeling, and packaging of finished products. + Perform and record line clearance activities. + Conduct daily preventative maintenance checks on machinery and equipment. + Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by management. + Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to 5S principles. + Follow all procedures and ensure compliance with the company's Quality System. + Recommend process improvements and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving. + Consistently maintain high quality and productivity levels. **Essential Skills** + Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. + Ability to operate hand tools, machinery, and secondary processing equipment. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety protocols. + Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team. + Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with deburring, packaging, assembly, microscopes, micrometers, calipers, drop indicators, CMM, machine operation, and CNC. **Why Work Here?** Join us in a clean, climate-controlled, and newly built manufacturing facility that offers growth opportunities. **Work Environment** Work is conducted in a clean and climate-controlled environment within a new manufacturing facility.
