Overview
Facilities Planning Department is responsible for the development and coordination of the capital program throughout the Company. The Infrastructure Facilities Planning Division (IFPD) comprises of Building & Industrial Support Group, Communities & Homeownership Group, and Area Planning Group. IFPD's responsibilities include conducting long-range planning, land usage and area master planning, residential community master planning, and engineering feasibility studies. Responsibilities also include preparing scoping papers that are the basis for design development, and supporting the funding of capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and manage community master plans and land use studies addressing corporate future growth areas.
Provide professional planning support on infrastructure projects, including community and industrial developments, office buildings, and industrial support buildings.
Prepare scoping papers to define capital projects, and coordinate with execution agency on the development of preliminary engineering packages.

Minimum Requirements

20 years of experience in infrastructure projects, related to industry, community or governmental sectors, including at least 5 years of planning work in main technical field.
Previous experience in performing economic evaluations and feasibility studies, and preparing requests for budgetary approvals.
Prior experience in project management and operational problems, and their relationship to long range planning of facilities and associated economics.
Excellent written and oral technical presentation skills.

The Fabrication Process Engineer II plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of manufacturing processes at Hunter Douglas. Guide projects and tasks by identifying opportunities through engineering principles to support informed decision-making.
Demonstrate independent judgment to adapt methods for non-routine assignments.
Coordinate multiple small to medium-sized projects concurrently, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
Perform safety process walks, implement countermeasures, and ensure zero accidents due to process issues.
Define and document direct labor requirements and cycle times for each process monthly.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve process target efficiencies and maintain standard work procedures.
Support Level 1 (LV1) process performance, documenting results such as headcount, cycle times, rates, and efficiencies.
Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEAs) to prevent poor quality costs.
Conduct weekly process/Gemba walks to ensure compliance with standard work and identify opportunities for improvement.
Validate and approve packaging designs and lead packaging trials in collaboration with the Packaging CoE.
Lead Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation and productive capacity studies for current or new processes.
Support best practice projects, LV2 events, and automation initiatives as needed.
Communicate potential risks or major issues to the Engineering Site Lead.

Mechanical Engineering degree.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering (5 years preferred).

JOB SUMMARY:
Corona Environmental Consulting, LLC, bridges the gap between academia and traditional drinking water consulting engineering. We specialize in developing solutions to water quality and treatment challenges that have not been addressed before. As a member of our team, you will work with us to deliver water quality and treatment-related projects addressing:
Surface water quality issues, including disinfection byproducts precursors, microbial contaminants, taste and odor compounds, and cyanotoxins
Groundwater quality issues, including nitrate, 1,2,3-trichloropropane, PFAS, hexavalent chromium, ammonia, manganese, and arsenic
Distribution system water issues, including disinfectant residuals, disinfection byproducts, nitrification, and corrosion control for lead and copper
Drinking water policy assessments and needs
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Study, plan, and optimize water treatment and distribution system facilities
Analyze and interpret operational and water quality data
Support field testing of water treatment processes at bench-, pilot-, and demonstration-scale
Evaluate the treatability of source water supplies based on raw water quality and treated water quality requirements and goals
Model drinking water treatment processes
Prepare engineering test plans, reports, and client presentations
Participate in facility startup, operator training, and process and equipment troubleshooting
Prepare facility permitting documents for water treatment and distribution facilities
Perform regulatory evaluation and review for treatment requirements related to existing and potential future drinking water regulations
Prepare life cycle cost estimates for water treatment facilities
Evaluate water treatment and distribution system operations
Travel for project needs
Qualifications
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES
Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field required
Engineer Intern (EI) registration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivation with a desire to be challenged
Ability to work well as a team member or individually
Willingness to take initiative and assume responsibility
Willingness to travel for project needs and to support client interactions
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
Data analysis experience with R, Python, and/or SQL
Mapping experience with GIS
Experience with hydraulics and hydraulic modeling

RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to:

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required (or related field).
Minimum of 2 years' experience utilizing 2D/3D CAD.
Engineering related experience in a manufacturing environment (course work and/or internships will be considered).?
Working knowledge of CNC programming (RouterCIM, project nesting) and CNC machines.
Millwork design and multi-material fabrication experience preferred.
Working knowledge of bill of material structuring and ECO processes.
Working knowledge of ERP software and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
LEAN training and/or certification preferred.
Excellent teamwork, communications skills, and efficiency with time management.
