**We are seeking five new hires for a project in the Hand Coiling department. This entry-level position involves sitting at a desk for the majority of the day, hand coiling a small steel band approximately 8 inches long. The task requires wrapping the coil into a circle and locking it tight by pulling it in the opposite direction, followed by packaging the coil into a bag and placing it into a box. This temporary position is anticipated to last until the first week of January, with potential opportunities to transition into other departments based on performance.**
**Responsibilities**

+ Package coils into bags and boxes.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with foremen and superintendents to resolve field challenges.

+ Lead new-hire safety onboarding and integration.

+ Help develop a structured training handbook for new hires and supervisors.
**Qualifications**
+ OSHA 30 Certification (required).
+ 3+ years of heavy equipment operation experience.
+ Ability to lift heavy materials for extended periods (10+ hour days).
+ Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions.
+ Reliable transportation and clean MVR.
+ Strong communication skills and knowledge of tools/materials.
