Qualifications

Experience managing CSR leads and multi-tiered customer service teams.
Proven ability to manage B2B client relationships, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments.
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in coaching and developing teams.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and advanced data tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting software.

Role Expectations:
Responsible for evaluating, preparing, and submitting federal, state, and local site permits for the site development of Transmission capital project work concerning regulated electric transmission substations and lines.
Responsible for providing functional direction in preparing site development permit submittals for all federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, and compliance assurance support related to Transmission capital project work.
Serve on project teams to provide expertise on permitting, site design and overall permitting requirements.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements and working knowledge of their impact to Transmission projects. Provide support to the Transmission Construction team so ongoing Transmission capital projects remain in compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
Works independently to determines and develop approaches to solutions.
Serves as a transmission site development permitting expert for capital transmission projects and provides specialized technical design expertise and judgment to resolve complex permitting issues.
Maintain project schedules and accountability for meeting specified schedules for permitting tasks.
Track project schedules and task in Team Member.
Develop processes and maintain appropriate permit records as needed.
Overnight travel (25%) occasionally required.
Fieldwork requires ability to navigate and work in all weather conditions and uneven terrain.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences or other related field of study
Minimum of 10 years of applicable experience.
Proficient in obtaining and federal , state, and local site development permits within the state of Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience obtaining regulatory approvals from within multiple regulatory jurisdictions or agencies in the state of Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky (i.e. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S Fish and Wildlife Service, State Historic Preservation Office, Indiana DEM, Ohio EPA and Kentucky E&EC).
Ten years of experience supporting and managing electric utility, land-development projects and/or linear construction projects.
Excellent negotiating skills with regulators and the public regarding the environmental permitting of land development projects
Demonstrate ability to successfully influence outcome with a high level of collaboration within a project team setting.
Professional certification/ license (i.e. CPESC, QEP, PWS, PE)
Bachelor's degree in biology, ecology, natural sciences, civil / environmental engineering, or environmental science.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products, ArcGIS, Ability to read engineering plan sheets.
Pay Range $35-42/hour

Participate in business development and contract negotiations.
Define scope of work, prepare proposals, and manage projects.
Coordinate efforts in: making client contact and developing and retaining professional relationships, identifying prospects, qualifying prospects, making recommendations on projects to pursue and making final go/no-go decisions. About the Role
Here at Workday, our Account Executives are key players in our Field Sales Operations organization. With a net new revenue focus, they are the fuel for Workday's new customer growth. This fantastic team of hardworking professionals play a key role in guiding new customers on a journey that can see them leave the limitations of legacy platforms behind and move forward with a new class of enterprise management cloud. As a team, we believe that partnering with our customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long lasting value is super important. We want to make sure that our customers are positively satisfied from day one and forever ongoing. In this role, you will:
Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory
Performs account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects and shares Workday value proposition
Be responsible for developing relationships with net new customers with a focus on deal management and connecting customers with Workday solutions, particularly core financials
Negotiate deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
About You
Basic Qualifications:
•4+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning / or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
•4+ years experience collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once
•4+ years experience with managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
Other Qualifications:
•Preferred experience selling into State and local govenement
•Proven experience understanding the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts
•Able to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
•Prior experience with partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long term prospecting and territory management
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
