Dan is the former COO and CFO of Amcom Software. Amcom provides mission critical communications solutions for hospitals, government and hospitality customers. Amcom Software was sold to USA Mobility in March 2011. Prior to Amcom, Dan was the CFO of HighJump Software. While serving as CFO for HighJump Software, Dan led the implementation of a new business model and grew the company at an annual rate of 25 percent. He co-led the sale of that company to 3M in January 2004. Prior to HighJump, Dan served as CFO of Adaytum, acquired by Cognos in January 2003 for $160 million. Before Adaytum, Dan had various finance roles at Honeywell, which included the CFO of $1.8 billion business unit and undertaking several acquisitions, both large and small. Dan is a graduate of Creighton University.
