*BAYADA Home Health Care* is currently seeking a *Part Time* *Admissions Coordinator* to join our *Hospice Triage Services* team for *Weekend Coverage.* The Admission Coordinator (AC) is responsible for receiving and coordinating hospice referrals from physicians, hospitals, facilities, and other community resources. The AC coordinates all hospice referrals and is the lead coordinator of all client referral/admissions activity. This role collaborates with different departments to obtain necessary billing and clinical preadmission information and build effective working relationships within the work group to benefit our clients and referral sources. The position works with and supports the families and clients directly at the beginning of their hospice experience, which may include explaining benefits, coordinating care, and sharing knowledge about the services provided. The AC will positively impact the experiences of our clients and families, as well as increase our response time to referral sources, all while creating a team environment between sales and operations.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*

* Contact the client and family, liaison and/or Program Manager, referral source, and branch staff within one (1) hour of the referral.
* Enter all information gathered accurately into HCHB.
* Contact the insurance company for eligibility and authorization. Obtain sufficient client and insurance information to confirm the hospice service line.
* Perform an initial screening to determine suitability for admission to Hospice care according to Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer guidelines.
* Maintain discretion, as the position could be exposed to highly confidential information.
* Explain benefits to families and clients directly at the beginning of their hospice experience, working with and supporting them.
* Coordinate care and share knowledge about the services provided and hospice philosophy with the clients and their families.

* Secures a hospice order for evaluation/admission. Confirm and obtain Do Not Resuscitate.
* Coordinate hospice durable medical equipment/ comfort kits in place upon client arrival and with hospital staff upon discharge to ensure a smooth transition for the client when arriving home.
* Confirm and audit client charts in HCHB, ensuring all necessary documents are signed, dated, and uploaded to HCHB.
* Participate as a member of the marketing team by following up on pending referrals, developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, and assisting in developing strategies and plans for site and company growth.
* Provide the Billing Coordinator, or designee, with insurance and billing documentation, client location, and client level of care as needed for final confirmation prior to admission.
* Maintain communication with pending clients, families, and referral sources and routinely follow the progress of any non-admissions.
* Participate in the service office morning stand-up calls.
* Ensure operations remain in accordance with BAYADA policies and procedures, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
* Attend in-services and continuing education programs when appropriate and assigned. Remain current on innovations, developments, new procedures, and techniques as they may pertain to referral information.
* Promote BAYADA's philosophy, mission statement, and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
* Maintain client and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to the HIPAA Privacy Final Rule.

What we ask of you:
Prepare for examinations by checking equipment and restocking supplies, reviewing patient schedules, reading physician orders and entering patient data accordingly.
Perform cardiac ultrasound exams and analyze data of 2D, 3D, M-Mode and Doppler data, and assist with administering contrast agents and bubbles for exams.
Obtain quality images by positioning transducer, monitoring display screen and listening to signals, adjusting beam strength and focus.
Perform exercise and pharmacologic stress echocardiograms and assist cardiologist with transesphageal echocardiograms.
Prepare patients and reduce patient anxieties by explaining procedures and answering questions.
Provide training and support to echo students during clinical internships.
Responsible for off premise on-call hours on nights and weekends.
All other duties as assigned.
What we require of you:
Graduate from a school of Ultrasound and/or Radiologic Technology, along with completion of a clinical rotation in Radiology and/or Untrasound prior to graduation.
RDMS certified or ARDMS Registry Eligible.
CPR/BLS certification required through ARC or AHA.
At least 1 year of experience performing adult echo exams/ultrasounds. Stress echo experience preferred.
Familiarity and compliance with matters of law, reglulations and internal policies affecting the employment relationship.
Comfort with ultrasound equipment and imaging software, Echo/Bicycle Beds, EMR software.

Home Health Office seeking medical billing, coding and eligibility specialist. This is not a remote position. Part-time initially - will be increasing to full-time with benefits.
General Purpose:
Facilitates prompt and accurate billing, determines patient and client insurance eligibility and coverage, monitors the client receivable status, and initiates collection protocols to prevent past due invoices. Additionally, manages credentialing, sends notes to providers and monitors provider order signatures.

Performs branch billing activities including, but not limited to, transferring/inputting client orders to the system, organizing and inputting time slips, verifying visit for each client, calculating pay, making appropriate deductions, auditing input and ensuring readiness for billing and payroll processing.
Complies with all federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the payroll function by using the appropriate accounting standards.
Provides management with needed billing reports.

Maintains billing system, including entering and assuring accuracy of all billing information.
Tracks all invoices with special payment terms, including credit card and bank drafts.

Documents all client calls in the billing system.
Provides weekly reports for management.
Analyzes accounts receivable file to determine potential receivable problems.

Monitors the aging report and send appropriate alerts to enter for delinquent accounts.

Hospice Aide Requirements
Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred.
In states where licensure is not required (AL, AZ, CT, GA, IA, IL, KS, LA, MA, ME, MI, MS, MT, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV), applicants must meet one of the following:
They are already a licensed/certified aide; or
They have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program AND have been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months
Current CPR certification required.

Completed state training program AND certified via DORA.
Indiana
Aides required to be registered on the Indiana Nurse Aide Registry, licensure is not required.
Missouri
Licensed/certified as a Nurses' Aide; or
Have completed a nurses' aide training program AND employed as a nurses' aide for the past 24 months if not licensed/certified; or
Enrolled in a professional or practical nursing program for at least four (4) months, that included a clinical rotation within the past five (5) years and has successfully passed a Fundamentals of Nursing course (must provide transcript and letter from the program director on school letterhead verifying BOTH clinical rotation and successfully completion of Fundamentals of Nursing course).
New Hampshire
Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) required for hospice employment.
New Jersey
Certification as a Homemaker - Home Health Aide; or is a long-term care CNA.
Virginia
Aide certified required to practice in the state.
Wisconsin
Aides required to be certified and listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Revenue Cycle Analyst supports BAYADA Home Health Care's mission by analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing aspects of the revenue cycle, including insurance verification, authorizations, billing, payer performance, and reimbursement. This role serves as a key liaison between service offices, reimbursement teams, and cross functional stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, effective process improvements, and sustained revenue integrity. The Analyst will also provide insights and recommendations to leadership through data-driven reporting and trend analysis
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Four (4) year college degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
* Minimum two (2) years of healthcare revenue cycle, reimbursement, or related business experience (home health preferred).
* Minimum two (2) years of experience with BAYADA revenue cycle operations.
* Demonstrated record of goal achievement and exceeding performance standards.
* Proven ability to analyze and interpret revenue cycle data and create actionable reports.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with business intelligence tools and EMR systems.
* Understanding of basic business software applications required to perform job functions.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

* Specialized knowledge (as applicable to assignment):
* Collections: Comprehensive understanding of collection processes across all payer types (Medicare A/B, Medicaid, FFS, PDGM, and Managed Care for Home Health & Hospice).
* Insurance Verification: In-depth understanding of insurance verification processes.
* Authorizations: Thorough knowledge of authorization requirements for all applicable payers.
* Billing & Support: Strong understanding of revenue cycle management functions across billing and reimbursement.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serve as a subject matter expert on designated revenue cycle functions (insurance verification, authorization, billing, collections, payer setup, payer performance, and EMR system support).
* Prepare, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Identify and escalate front-end revenue cycle, payer, billing, or collection issues and recommend solutions to improve reimbursement and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
* Partner with service offices and reimbursement staff to address denials, reimbursement delays, and preventable bad debt.
* Conduct root cause analyses of revenue cycle challenges and recommend process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies and manual work.
* Provide training, guidance, and technical support to associates and senior associates as assigned and needed.
* Collaborate with designated team members to provide technical support.
* Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and share results with leadership for next steps.
* Facilitate quarterly account management meetings with the service offices to review revenue cycle performance, develop corrective action plans as necessary, and lead collaborative efforts to improve the process to minimize bad debt.
* Lead or support initiatives related to process improvement, new payer implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Develop and deliver in-service education and cross-functional training programs based on the Revenue Cycle Management office's needs.
* Serve as a key point of contact for reimbursement-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an Employee Services Coordinator (Bilingual-Spanish) located in Philadelphia, PA. This individual will report to the Director and provide support to office staff to ensure all field employee compliance and hiring workflow processes are completed with the highest level of efficiency, quality and customer service.
The Employee Services Coordinator plays a key role in managing the high-volume administrative and reporting processes surrounding field employee hiring, retention and experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the administrative new hire process including obtaining all appropriate new hire information and creating and maintaining orderly personnel files, per the employee file checklist.
Ensure all field employees continue to meet the appropriate certifications and in-service requirements. Coordinate all appropriate re-certifications and necessary ongoing compliance requirements
Manage all post-hire employee file processes, such as, but not limited to: I-9 & E-Verify completion, TB follow-up, employment authorizations, Bears data entry, and Workday updates including transfers, terminations, name changes, status changes, etc.
Lead all field employee recognition and retention activities.
Support full-cycle recruitment activities from candidate calls to onboarding, as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum two (2) years experience in home care and/or human resources.
Bilingual (Spanish) is required
A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
