Contingent Upon Contract Award: Located on site at Vance AFB, OK, the Program Manager (PM) directs all phases of the program from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program. Participates in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes including Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA). Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develops new business or expand the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules. The Vance AFB mission is to train newly commissioned Air Force officers in Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training (SUPT) utilizing a fleet of approximately 160 T-6 and T-38 aircraft.
