Key Responsibilities Contact prospective patients via phone, text, and email who have requested information Must be able to communicate effectively by actively listening, acknowledging information or feedback received, and demonstrating clear understanding of appropriate responses and actions. Demonstrates persistence and follow-through in outbound communication.
