What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty.
Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts.
Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity.
Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable, to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer.
Help ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Help conduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data to further ensure compliance.
Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.**

This training consists of basic law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness, etc. Candidates assigned to the southern border, Miami, or Puerto Rico duty locations must attend and pass an online Spanish training program, which will be completed at their home port. Successful completion of the Academy is required for this position.

Responsible for providing residents with routine daily personal care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and plan of care as directed.
Essential Job Functions1. Provides personal care and activities of daily living (ADL's) care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.2. Keeps residents rooms and resident care areas clean and neat.3. Participates in the orientation of new residents to facility.4. Documents care as instructed and required.5. Reports all changes in the resident's condition (i.e., areas of redness, skin tears, bruising, mental status change, eating habits, etc.) to the charge nurse.6. Assists in transporting resident to/from dining room, therapy, activity and social programs, etc., as necessary. 8. Encourages resident to participate in activity programs and assists as needed. 10. Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.11. About the Role
As a PACU Nurse at AAPC, you will provide high-quality post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from interventional pain and outpatient procedures. You will play a vital role in patient safety, comfort, and recovery while collaborating with physicians, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to ensure seamless, compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Recovery & Monitoring
Receive patients from the procedure suite and perform immediate post-anesthesia assessments.
Monitor vital signs, airway, pain level, and surgical sites throughout recovery.
Administer medications, fluids, and oxygen per provider orders.
Recognize and respond to complications or changes in patient condition.
Ensure all clinical discharge criteria are safely met.
Patient & Family Communication
Provide supportive, compassionate care during recovery.
Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and medications.
Verify understanding and document all discharge teaching.
Clinical Documentation & Compliance
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and medications in the EMR.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, state/federal regulations, and accrediting standards.
Participate in safety huddles and quality initiatives.
Team Collaboration
Communicate effectively with anesthesia providers, physicians, and pre-op staff for smooth care transitions.
Help maintain PACU supplies and equipment.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement and a positive team culture.
Qualifications
Education & Licensure
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
Active RN license in the State of Alabama.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
Experience
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required.
At least 1 year of PACU, ICU, or ED experience strongly preferred.
Ambulatory surgery center or interventional pain experience is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong clinical assessment and post-anesthesia care capabilities.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Proficiency with EMR systems.
Commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and confidentiality.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients for extended periods.
