Duties and Responsibilities: * Assemble harnesses, cables, switch panels, circuit boards, and a variety of different electrical components. * Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools. * Must be familiar with the safe operation of various tools - drill, screw gun, sander, jig saw, etc. * Understand and carry out verbal and written directions in English * Close attention to detail * Function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision. * Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled. * Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. * Meet minimum safety and 5S standards. * Meet all QA and QC standards for each task. * Be compliant with all the rules of conduct and attendance per the company handbook. * Ensure that hazardous waste is handled appropriately and placed into the proper container(s). * Maintains all satellite and storage containers in a closed position unless adding or removing waste. * Familiar with Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan. * Knows spill response procedures and evacuation routes. * Other duties and responsibilities as required. While all operations are ongoing, laborers will have the capabilities to learn other positions such as dredge operator or equipment operator to improve their skills which will lead to promotions in positions. * Once dredging operations are complete, the laborers will assist in cleaning all equipment, disassembling all equipment, loading all equipment, and doing final clean ups to restore the customer site. Requirements: * Must have some experience and/or a background in working outside in an upland or marine construction style environment. (Mining, dredging, drilling, earthworks/excavation, land clearing, offshore, under or above ground utility, heavy civil, etc.). * Must be able to work in extreme heat, extreme cold, and on the water.
