• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

Reviews assembly drawings, diagrams, process sheets, schematics and test requirements and discusses any issues with project engineer
Verify bill of material and parts pulled for accuracy and quality
Verify dimension for accuracy and quality
Documentation of test performance results
Process wire
Terminate wire ends/splice circuits
Assemble harnesses, controls boxes and control panels
Test functionality and continuity of electrical assemblies
Apply harness covering by machine
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses and maintenance
Good hand-eye coordination
Excellent attention to detail
Versatile with various tools
Watches gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
