Position Description
The Manufacturing Operator will work in the Device Assembly and Packaging area, where our client's autoinjector devices are assembled and packaged. Operators will be responsible for the safe operation of highly automated equipment producing products of the highest quality for our Client.
Key Objectives / Deliverables
Adhere to plant safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
Setup and operate highly automated equipment in the Device Assembly and Packaging area.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure product quality.
Document process steps on appropriate batch documentation (Electronic Ticket, SAP, Cleaning Logs, etc.).
Attain and maintain qualification for the operation of assigned process equipment and duties in the area.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Proactively monitor documentation and product quality, properly documenting all activities and reporting issues to supervision.
Contribute to the achievement of key departmental objectives including improving safety performance, reducing deviations, improving productivity, and training compliance.
Requirements (Education, Experience, Training)
Previous experience working in a GMP environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong ability to multitask.
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.

Assembly Tech I (No Post Conversion)

The primary duties of the Assembly Tech 1 are to build, wire, and assemble generator sets per engineering documents as well as the assembly lead's instructions. This will include the setting of mechanical components through to the final wiring of the electrical components.
Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills):
+ High School Diploma or Equivalency are preferred. A combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
+ Must have assembly relatable experience which includes field service, maintenance of heavy equipment maintenance of power generation equipment, mechanical, or general construction experience.
+ Must be able to read measuring devices to the 1/16th of an inch.
+ Must be proficient using basic hand tools.
+ Electrical experience is highly preferred.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Assemble complex electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies according to drawings, bills of material, schematics, and/or standard procedures.
+ Reference engineering documents and schematics to guide them in the assembling of the mechanical parts and the wiring of the controls and house power.
+ Read/ understand electrical drawing of both house power and communication wiring, properly landing/ labeling wiring in both TCC/ECC and house power panel.
+ Mount Genset on its skid using correct hardware and meeting torque requirements.
+ Mount all stands to skid (ECC, GBC, SCR, disconnect) and setting said components in place.
+ Connect exhaust parts and install them using correct hardware, gaskets and meeting all torque requirements.
+ Make load cables using correct gauge cable, lug, and proper crimp.
+ Fabricate CAN harnesses, fuel line, and block heater hoses.
+ Install all phases of load cables, bend install conduit and assemble def pumps, solenoids, and complex def systems.
+ Electrical wire and cable routing skills and the understanding of standard wiring workmanship as it pertains to quality
+ Proficiency using a crimping tool, stripping tool; and multimeter as well as hand tools such as wrenches, ratchets, torque wrenches)
+ Collaborate and coordinate daily tasks with others to align priorities for smooth assembly operations.
+ Troubleshooting skills are crucial, may be required to drill and tap holes, crimps, screws, bolts, rivets, mount control units, and to provide openings for elements, wiring, and instruments using hand and power tools, machines, and equipment to ensure proper fitment and operation.
+ Additional responsibilities and objectives will be added as needed based on business and area of needs.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
This position will require standing, stooping, bending, and limited lifting of up to 50lbs. Manual dexterity requires the ability to manipulate tools and small parts of machines.
General manufacturing environment which may include non-climate regulated workspaces.

Maintain the required clearances and dimensions for the voltage classifications specified (ref: SP's).
Set up stacking tables, stacking fixtures, and assemble core laminations.
Set up LTC and bushing simulators and photograph process
Land coils on stacked cores, prepare and install insulation, blocking, clamping, and banding to conform to requirements.
Confined space entry
Hot Work: (ex: brazing, grinding, welding,- anything that produces a hot flame).
Crimp and braze mag wire, cable and bus.
Assemble and mount tap switches, gauges, meters, conduit, accessories and parts.
Wire controls and components per design specifications.
Provide assistance to the supervisor in on-the-job orientation and training of other employees.

Adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure parts are within acceptable standards
Receive ongoing training in machine set up and operation
Perform duties of inspector packer when required
Follow good manufacturing practices to ensure product safety
Complete production records as needed

Physical Demands:
Frequent lifting of 15-25 lbs/Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs/More than 50 lbs requires a team lift
Frequent repetitious tasks with upper extremities
Prolonged periods of standing on concrete floor
Ability to correctly wear/use personal protective equipment including long sleeves as required
Frequent climbing steps and/or ladders while working on elevated platforms
Work involves exposure to high temperatures

**Roles and Responsibilities:** Essential Functions (including physical and environmental tasks required to perform job): + Assemble jet engines, including performing various machining and repair operations, using hand tools, specialized tools, equipment and fixtures.
+ Coach, guide and train other team members and function in a team-based environment.
+ Work from complex product drawings, manuals, specifications and other company/customer specifications.set-up, operate, adjust and troubleshoot all tools and equipment used in the assembly processes.
+ Perform inspections required to assure that the quality plan is achieved
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ A high school diploma or GED
+ FAA issued Power plant license
