MIG welding of steel sheet metal parts Possible TIG welding of Aluminum parts if you are capable Potential to run in house laser cutter. Load sheets, build cutting nest, un-nest parts. Potential to run in house press brake. Follows instructions and coaching of shop foreman and engineering department to ensure quality meets Van Compass brand standards. Ensure consistent quality of work across production runs. Ensure work in process is kept in an organized, orderly fashion. Deburr and final inspection of product.
