The ideal candidates will work at the intersection of the relevant research areas associated with the aforementioned themes. Open-Rank Faculty Position in Data Science-Sports Analytics SUMMARY Florida Polytechnic University invites applications for a tenure-equivalent faculty position in Data Science at the rank of assistant professor, associate professor, or full professor, to begin June 2026 or August 2026. Minimum Qualifications These Adjunct faculty positions require: A Master's degree with a major in the discipline to be taught from a regionally-accredited institution OR A Master's degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline to be taught from a regionally-accredited institution. To be considered for a teaching position, you are required to submit, as part of your completed Eastern Florida State College employment application, copies of the appropriate transcripts to reflect that you have met this requirement. During the application process, photocopies of the transcripts may be submitted. This position will require successful fingerprinting and the candidate chosen will be required to pay the associated fee (currently $36.00). Valid Florida Motor Vehicle Operator's license required within 30 days of hire. Official transcripts of all collegiate work (as appropriate for the position) must be sent directly from the attended institution to the Human Resources Office prior to the first day of employment.
