The FDU School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences ( FDU SoP&HS) is seeking an adjunct professor to teach the Sterile compounding laboratory course. Sterile compounding lab is laboratory component of the course “Sterile Products and Biopharmaceuticals”. The laboratory activities include aseptic techniques, admixtures of injectable solutions, ophthalmic and TPN preparations. There are three lab sessions on three different days each week. Each lab session meets for 2.5 hours during the day. The overall commitment is 6 weeks during the spring 2019 semester. This is a part-time position. Required Qualifications Position requirements: An advanced degree in pharmacy or pharmaceutical science, Pharm.D or Ph.D. degree is strongly preferred.
