Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children with autism
* Supervision fluency, including performance monitoring of clinical team and consistent utilization of a system to monitor client progress during field supervision
* Fluency/independence in navigating challenging situation with families, funding sources or staff
* Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates:

* Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

The Advanced Behavior Technician provides behavioral intervention to children with autism and their families in a variety of settings. An Advanced Behavior Technician reports directly to a Clinical Supervisor. and is responsible for implementing the specific ABA programs/treatment plans as written by the Supervisor for their specific clients. Owned and operated by a BCBA-D, Verbal Behavior Associates (VBA) provides services to communities throughout San Diego, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, and Contra Costa counties.

You'll make an impact by:
Completing weekly supervision hours for clients on your caseload
Maintaining responsibility for broad objectives, short term objectives, graphs and instructional decisions related to each client on your caseload
