Principal Purpose of Position:
Under the oversight and guidance of senior analysts, this individual is responsible for creation of basic certificates of conformance (certs) - this is the final quality check ensuring materials produced by Carpenter meet all customer requirements and expectations. By definition, basic certifications have
straight-forward testing and inspection requirements that require little to no interpretation of results.
Responsible for creation of certificates of conformance. This task requires
Understanding of customer and industry requirements and expectations.
Validation of testing (chemistry, mechanical, structural) and inspections results to meet all customer and industry requirements and expectations.
Identify and refer non-conformances to appropriate subject matter experts (metallurgy, quality, operations) for resolution.
Responsible for completing basic recertifications as requested by customers to modify or correct the original certificate of conformance.
Participates in communication and coordination of proposed changes to certification requirements across various departments.
Familiarity with departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive process enhancements, achieve daily targets, and uphold customer satisfaction.
Supports improvement initiatives concerning certifications and related operating systems
Comprehend and adhere to standard operating procedures and job aids.
Gain understanding of requirements to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements including but not limited to AS9100, EU Directive, ISO, ASTM and customer quality requirements.
Assist in engaging with external customers, suppliers, and third-party audits related to certifications and associated quality systems.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

The Power Applications Test Engineer is responsible for executing advanced power characterization, validation, and qualification testing to support Amphenol Commercial Group's next-generation power interconnect products. This role operates within the Global Engineering Services Power Application Center and

customers. The engineer will design, conduct, and interpret complex power and
thermal tests-including resistance, current carrying capability, thermal

This position requires hands-on experience with high-current test systems, power

Key Responsibilities
Power Applications Testing
Execute electrical, thermal, and mechanical test methods relevant to
high-current interconnects, including:
Current-carrying capability (CCC)
Temperature rise / delta-T measurements
Power loss and efficiency analysis
Voltage drop and contact resistance evaluations
Thermal imaging, mapping, and hotspot identification
Short-term and long-term reliability testing
Conduct failure analysis and root-cause investigations on power products
under evaluation.
Product Qualification Support
Perform Product Qualification (PQ) testing per customer, industry, and
internal standards.
Prepare and execute qualification test plans and schedules.
Support pre-compliance evaluation for UL, IEC, and other regulatory/industry
requirements.
Document all results through detailed engineering reports.
Test System Operation & Development
Operate high-current test racks, programmable power supplies, thermal
chambers, DAQ systems, power analyzers, and instrumentation.
Develop custom fixtures, tooling, and thermal/electrical setups when
required.
Assist in expanding the Power Application Center's capabilities, including
new test protocols, automation, and upgraded equipment.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and validate test data with high accuracy.
Prepare comprehensive test reports with conclusions, graphs, and data
summaries.
Provide data-driven recommendations to product engineering, design teams,
and customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Business Unit engineering teams to support NPI/NPD.
Support customer meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions.
Collaborate with GES labs (Product Test Lab, Applications Lab, Metallurgy
Lab, etc.) to ensure full qualification support.

Qualifications & Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Mechatronics, or related field.
2-5+ years of experience in product testing, validation, or power

What you will do
The Senior Automation Support Engineering is responsible for providing support and optimizing automated systems to enhance efficiency and streamline processes for Fort Washington and Lititz Sites in North America. Driving and delivering optimal cost, safety, quality, and compliance for the site manufacturing systems. In close collaboration with the Engineering, Operations, Packaging and site Leadership Team, this position serves as the primary point of contact for end-to-end MAKE Automation Systems from up-front engineering through project delivery as well as ongoing maintenance and Operations support of MAKE at the internal production site. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive automation support strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives involved with Systems integration, equipment, Automation & Controls Engineering including Information Technology / Operations Technology systems.

Position Overview:
IERUS is seeking a Software Engineer with strong C/C++ skills to support development, integration, and testing of systems for defense applications. This role will focus on National Instruments (NI) environments for test and control software, with opportunities to expand into other projects as business needs evolve. While LabWindows/CVI and LabVIEW are highly relevant, engineers with solid C/C++ backgrounds can learn these tools on the job.
This position requires periodic travel to Valley Forge, PA (up to 50% during contract execution).
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, integrate, and maintain C/C++ applications for test, control, and data acquisition systems.
Support development in National Instruments environments including LabWindows/CVI and LabVIEW.
Contribute to system verification, validation, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
Perform software design, coding, debugging, documentation, and unit testing.
Collaborate with hardware, FPGA, and embedded engineers to support cross-disciplinary efforts.
Participate in peer reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Support the transition of software into integration, operational, and sustainment phases
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of professional experience with C/C++.
U.S. Citizenship
Active Secret clearance.
Familiarity with Git and modern configuration management practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with LabWindows/CVI or LabVIEW (National Instruments products).
Background in FPGA development and hardware description languages (HDLs) such as Verilog or VHDL.
Experience with embedded software development and real-time systems.
Exposure to automated test equipment and hardware-in-the-loop environments.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and task tracking tools such as Jira.
Ability to support multiple projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
