What You'll Be Doing
Greet guests picking up to-go and delivery orders with warmth and confidence
Accurately package food to ensure quality, presentation, and order accuracy
Manage online, phone, and in-person to-go orders efficiently
Communicate with the kitchen and FOH team to keep orders running smoothly
Handle payments and ensure all orders are completed correctly
Maintain a clean, organized to-go and expo area
Help answer guest questions and resolve small issues with hospitality and urgency
Support the team during busy shifts because teamwork makes the dream crust
