Partner with the best As a Field Engineer - Offshore you will be responsible for: * Planning, leading, and executing complex slickline well intervention activities across a variety of well conditions. * Performing advanced downhole operations including tool conveyance, fishing, gauge runs, and mechanical manipulation. * Troubleshooting operational challenges and make real-time decisions to ensure job success. * Evaluating well data and conditions to determine the most effective slickline approach. * Leading all operations in strict compliance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. * Conducting pre-job safety meetings, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses. * Promoting a Zero Incident Mindset and stop work when unsafe conditions exist. * Ensuring job execution meets Baker Hughes quality standards and customer expectations. * Providing technical leadership and on-the-job training to Slickline Levels 1-3 personnel. * Coaching crew members on safe work practices, operational efficiency, and technical skills. * Supporting competency development, assessments, and knowledge transfer. * Serving as the lead field representative for slickline operations. * Communicating job plans, operational risks, and outcomes clearly to customers. * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through professional execution and problem resolution. * Participating in post-job reviews and recommend operational improvements * Ensuring slickline units, tools, and equipment are properly inspected, maintained, and job-ready. * Verifying equipment is operated within design and safety limits. * Reporting equipment issues and support failure analysis and corrective actions. * Completing accurate job documentation, service reports, and operational records. * Capturing lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Supporting operational performance metrics and service quality tracking. * Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness. * Sharing best practices and technical insights across the slickline organization.
