SUMMARY: The Client Advocate I is responsible for servicing incoming inquiries for Treasury Solutions' clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
* Represents Treasury Solutions appropriately including being prompt and accurate with all responses and following up when necessary with the correct responses.
* Furnishes prompt, efficient, and accurate service while servicing customer inquiries.
* Takes full ownership of any unresolved problems, until a proper handoff or resolution occurs.
* Escalates to Level II and Level III as appropriate, communicating within the Treasury Solutions' Division.
* Ensures that Treasury Solutions' clients receive an exceptional level of service creating the ultimate client experience.
* Works, when necessary, with other divisions within BankUnited for any calls misdirected to the Treasury Solutions' support line.
* Assists with clerical and other department tasks as needed.
* Reviews customer emails, chats, and other form of client communication, while writing timely and professional responses to their questions or routes them to the appropriate division as needed.
* Display empathy with the clients by actively listening to their concerns, reflecting back their emotions, and summarizing their main points.
* Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
* Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
* Identifies and reports suspicious activity.
EDUCATION
HS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
* < 1 year of Call Center experience including at least 2 years of Commercial products experience preferred.
* < 1 Year Treasury Solutions/Treasury Management/Cash Management products experience preferred.

Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements from all stakeholders.
Document current state and future state process workflows.

Translate business needs into design documents and specifications.
Prepare detailed specifications from which IT can program application solutions.

Assist with delivery of projects according to agreed upon timeline, budget and scope.
Work with the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) team and act as testing coordinator for key FCC projects as needed.
Collaborate with business line managers to define and document the test plan and coordinate user acceptance testing to help ensure requirements traceability and delivery of a quality solution.
Maintain testing results, manage the resolution of defects, report accurate testing statistics, and ensure testing evidence is obtained.
Thoroughly document findings by preparing reports in a manner that is clear and comprehensible to FCC supervisors/managers, internal auditors and regulatory examiners.
Complete required documentation for each assigned project & initiative on a timely basis, including Business Requirements Documents, File Conversion and Technical Design Specifications, Test Plans, and Process Flow diagrams and ensure accessibility of documentation for record retention.
Communicate production issues with key stakeholders such as business lines, FCC management team, and the IT Department.
Monitor for proper change management of requirements. Ensure acceptance criteria is met prior to go live deployment of new solutions or enhancements.
Create documentation and train business users as needed (this includes training post model tuning deployments and on new enhancements).
Handle a large workload with the ability to complete the tasks correctly and efficiently within the designated timeframes; exercise discretion in setting priorities.

The Director of Technology Architecture & Engineering is a technology leadership position that is both forward looking to project future technology trends, threats, and opportunities in alignment with the organization's goals, as well as evangelical to drive adoption of new technologies through education and self-service automation enablement.
