Join us to make legends happen! THE ROLE The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service during banquet events and functions. This role focuses on ensuring a positive guest experience through attentive service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Banquet Servers work closely with the Banquet Captain, Banquet Manager, and other event staff to ensure smooth setup, service, and breakdown of events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with collecting all banquet equipment to include flatware, China, glassware, and serving pieces needed for each event. Prepares garnishes, beverages, condiments, and breads. Clean and fill salt and pepper containers, sugar dishes, creamers, etc. Assist with preparation and set-up of event room when necessary. Prepare tables with place settings as instructed. Establish and maintain positive client relationships. Breakdown tables and banquet equipment after each event. Clean and return serving pieces to proper storage area. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. They are on their feet much of the time. Bartenders must work well under pressure and exercise tact and patience when dealing with other employees and customers.
