We are looking for a qualified bartender who can provide our customers with an outstanding guest experience. The bartender must be able to meet all the needs of our customers, compelling them to come back again.
Making beverage recommendations based on the needs and preferences of bar customers is a crucial factor for improving guest drinking experience and our bar's profitability. Communicating with guests in a professional and friendly manner is a must for excellent customer experience.
A good job candidate must be able to perfectly prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails. They also need to keep the bar clean and well-organized, as well as ensure it is always fully stocked.
Responsibilities of a Bartender:
You will be responsible for overseeing daily Bar operations during. This will include recognizing all VIP guests, building and strengthening relationships with our guests, ensure all side work, stations and breaks are organized, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best and personalized experience.
You ll also ensure our service standards are upheld and will assist team members to complete any necessary task. Bar supervisors may have some administrative work such as completing all voids, comps, and transfers, and using the restaurant operating systems. In addition, our Lead Bartender host our daily shift meetings, and report daily shift operations with any necessary follow up.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
