Also responsible for ensuring the lounge is in compliance with all CDC and Health Canada Vessel Sanitation Programs. * Restocks and organizes bar: maintaining inventory, monitoring breakage, and keeping track of sales, pricing, and stock requirements. Works with Hotel Manager to order bonded stores, as well as organize them and follow proper rotation practices. * Provide a well-communicated handover to incoming bartenders. This includes an organized bonded storeroom and wine inventory, communication needs and program updates, clean lounge, and bar area. * Safety & Security: * A member of the medical team. * Participates in onboard safety training, meetings, and drills, as directed by the Captain, including fire, abandon ship, man overboard, flooding, and medical emergencies. * Participates in shoreside training as required by the company. * Familiar with the ISM codes and requirements. * Maintains familiarity with all duties under the company Safety Management System and Emergency Station Billet duties. * Additional Duties: * Performs any duties as required by the Hotel Manager.
