Food Runner Summary of Responsibilities A food runner is responsible for promptly delivering food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. They assist servers by refilling drinks, clearing plates, and responding to guest needs while keeping service areas clean and organized. Strong communication between the kitchen and front-of-house is essential, along with maintaining a polite, professional demeanor and following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
