General Purpose: Makes and serves guests delicious beverages in accordance with established standards and with hospitality and professionalism. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions. * Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records. * Assists department leaders with creation of seasonal cocktails and development of menu * Assists department leaders with Social Media schedule and creation of content * Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products.
