Knowledge of complete menu and work stations prior to function. Knowledge of proper table settings. Ensure that proper service and etiquette is maintained at all times. Keep the kitchen work areas clean at all times. Ensure Banquet facilities are safe and secure upon completion of shift. Adhere to the company employee handbook at all times. Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service oriented manner. Guests must feel welcome, comfortable, and well attended to at all times. Handle complaints, arbitrate disputes and resolve grievances by working with guests to ensure satisfaction.
