As a newly hired Sales Associate, you will participate in the Richmond American Homes Peak Sales Training program. This training phases of the program includes initial orientation, Richmond American Way Training, systems training, job shadowing, and selling. The program is designed for all skill levels, with the primary function is to receive and implement on the job training to graduate from the program within four to ten weeks. Responsibilities Train on policies and procedures through self-led exercises, instructor-led training and shadowing of experienced new home sales associates.
