Job Description
We are seeking a creative BCBA who is passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play! General Responsibilities
Implement, develop, and and monitor ABA/NDBI treatment goals in accordance with each child's individualized treatment plan

Provide parent/teacher coaching and support; implement/model NDBI strategies and therapy techniques with parents/teachers during childs everyday routines
Conduct appropriate standardized and developmental assessments (i.e., Vineland-3, ABAS-3, SRS-2, ESDM Checklist, Social Communication Checklist, Functional Behavior Assessment, etc.)
Develop, implement, and monitor positive behavior support plan and strategies as needed for family and/or school
Collaborate with teachers and/or other caregivers and professionals
Provide direct ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to bachelor and Master's level Behavior Therapists
Aggregate and analyze appropriate data to make data-based decisions
Prepare and present progress data in comprehensive progress report
Adhere to all BACB standards
Qualifications and Skills
Master's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Minimum of 1 year preferred working in a supervisory role with families and Behavior Therapists/RBTs
Minimum of 2 years preferred working with young children (ages 0-8) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays

Salisbury Township School District is now accepting applications for the position of Behavior Interventionist for the 2025-2026 school year. The position has an anticipated start date of August 2025. The Special Education Behavioral Interventionist provides direct, intense treatment that will focus on helping students learn to respond to their daily environment in a practical and productive manner. Emphasis will be placed on a child's current needs, functions, and support systems, as they relate to educational and mental health needs. Appropriate functional behavioral assessments (FBA), positive behavioral support plans (PBSP), and intervention plans will be developed, implemented and monitored. The Behavior Interventionist will develop and organize group and individual social skills activities.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a recognized related Mental Health clinical discipline or related human services field; holding a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate obtained through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
