A tiered bonus structure that guarantees clinicians have multiple opportunities to access reinforcement The bonus structure involves operational (billable hours) AND clinical (treatment integrity scores, client progress, RBT performance, etc.) elements. Staff are held accountable for the variables that are truly in their control PTO means PTO. Billable hours are prorated during PTO and holidays. Transparency with caseload decisions. Our unique caseload structure assigns cases based on a combination of diagnostic, environmental, and family variables. Caseloads are adjusted up when clients make progress according to our system and are adjusted down if these variables increase. The decision to adjust caseloads is a collaborative decision between clinician and supervisor.
