School Social Worker - Key Responsibilities:
Student Support & Counseling: Provide individual and group counseling to address students' social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
IEP & 504 Plan Collaboration: Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans. Offer social-emotional input, behavioral goals, and recommendations for interventions.
Family & Community Liaison: Act as a bridge between home, school, and community resources. Support families by connecting them to relevant services and programs.
Crisis Intervention: Respond to crises and provide immediate support to students, staff, and families during emergency situations.

School Social Worker Qualifications:
Degree: Master's Degree in Social Work
Licensure: Either a Preliminary or Professional School Social Worker Certificate from the Michigan Online Educator Certification System
Clearances: Criminal Background Check and TB Clearance

Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are responsible for assessments, treatment planning, staff supervision, and family engagement. Master's in Psychology and Michigan Limited License Psychologist (LLP) credential, or Master's in Social Work and Michigan Master's Level Social Worker (LMSW) credential, Clinical or a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Familiarity in the administration of the ADOS-2, ADI-R, SCQ, MCHAT, ABLLS-R, V-MAPP.
