We are hiring part-time RBTs with a diverse array of available working hours, including M-F schedules!
Responsibilities:
Follow the individual treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA
Utilize the Central Reach practice management system to record, collect, and maintain clinical data
Completes session documentation in a thorough and timely manner
Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion
Collaborate with your BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders under the direction of a supervisor
Communicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBA
Provides services in both the home, clinic, and/or community settings
Qualifications:
Registered BehavioralTechnician (RBT) certification or have a certificate of completion for the 40-hour RBT training
Valid driver's license and transportation
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Professional demeanor and a positive "can-do" attitude
Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen

Working Environment:
Travel is required between client homes, clinic, and community locations. Afternoon and evening availability is preferred.

Clinician completes weekly progress notes within allotted period (5 business days).
Clinician's progress notes and intake assessments will include documentation to meet CARF standards.
Clinician will attend all required trainings, webinars and meetings required by the funder.
4. Provides intake coverage when needed.
Clinician will provide intake coverage, as directed by supervisor.
5. Works to meet productivity standards.
Clinician will average 128 therapy sessions per month, 384 per quarter.
Clinician will complete 100% of intakes that are present for appointments.
Clinician will complete monthly productivity reports by the 5th of the following month.
Clinician will give regular measures (from drop down menu in electronic medical record) to at least 30% of clients and present results quarterly to supervisor.
6. Communicates with community resources/referral sources.
Clinician communicates accurate and thorough information to outside agencies 100% of the time when clients need different care that HRMC cannot provide.
Clinician utilizes HRMC and HIPPA standards every time communication is made with outside persons or agencies.
7. Demonstrates and maintains a positive work climate and contributes to the overall effort of the program.

Position Overview and Duties: Our Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to both clients and staff. The primary responsibilities of a BHT are to help facilitate the daily facility and client schedule, monitor clients presence through rounds, assist in the initial intake process, work collaboratively with the treatment team, and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
Provide supervision and support to clients in our program.
Provide approved transportation for clients to work, medical and recovery appointments as needed.
Offer clients guidance about recovery using the 12-step model, Refuge Recovery or other established models.
Conduct random urinalysis drug testing twice weekly and as outlined procedurally.
Document all results of each sample provided and have the client sign and date the form used.
Report any unusual client behavior or suspicious activity to the Clinical Director or Operations Manager.
Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere strictly to confidentiality requirements.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Adhere to established standards of hygiene and universal infection control procedures in handling all samples and supplies.

To ensure individualized care for all clients, our specialists work with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that best suits their specific wants and needs. JOB DUTIES
Provide supervision and support to clients at Asheville Recovery Center
Offer clients guidance about recovery using the 12-step model, Refuge Recovery, or other established models.
Facilitating daily schedule of Asheville Recovery Center
Conduct random urinalysis drug testing twice weekly and as outlined procedurally
Monitor clients presence through daily rounds
Monitor all drug tests by observing samples being provided via same sex staff to client interaction
Document all results of each sample provided and have the client sign and date the form used
Report any unusual client behavior or suspicious activity to the Operations Director/ BHT Supervisor
Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere strictly to confidentiality requirements
Comply with all Asheville Recovery Centers policies and procedures
Adhere to established standards of hygiene and universal infection control procedures in handling all samples and supplies.
Support daily tasks and operations as needed
Help facilitate the first initial part of the intake process and procedure
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Able to maintain a head count of facility clients hourly
Identify client needs, concerns, and/or problems
Understanding Competency of hand washing and hygiene
Provide support regarding rules, policies, and procedures
Identify key personnel the client can access
Explain and clarify daily schedules
Identify the whereabouts of all clients
Establish a supportive relationship
Instill a sense of hope, purpose, and caring
Give information and reinforcement regarding program expectations
Identify difficulties with completing responsibilities
Clarify confusion regarding program expectations
Clarify program rules and policies
Be aware of ALL program services and treatments
Redirect inappropriate behaviors by clarifying expectations and policies
Point out inappropriate behaviors that may be interfering with program expectations and responsibilities.
Reinforce positive behaviors
Review orientation handbook/manual
Assess living environment and safety issues
Ensuring program compliance
Ensuring client is demonstrating motivation towards life change
Ensuring every client is demonstrating behaviors that are a role model to others
Document inappropriate behavior when necessary
Make timely and accurate entries into the daily shift report
Complete daily assignments/tasks as required and instructed by the supervisor
Complete incident reports as needed
Complete UA/BA on clients
Searching clients luggage, cars, personal belongings
Ensure and promote a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment
Provides crisis intervention to patients as needed
Completes records as required
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
