BCBA Requirements and Responsibilities:
Master's degree in Behavior Analyst or related fields required

Manage up to 4 remote BCBAs.
Coordinate with families, kiddos and RBTs/BTs.
Be the trainer on the ground - manage and train all BTs/RBTs (up to 48).
Be responsible for all care.
Carry a rotating case load of kiddos that need extra attention (not progressing under remote supervision).
Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.

A day in the life:
Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism through teaching sessions in the home or community setting.
Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between the ages of 2 and 21.
Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.

Every child has a treatment team consisting of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and behavior therapist to ensure the most comprehensive services are provided. BWB utilizes evidence-based interventions and principles of applied behavior analysis to help children reach their highest potential! Join our team of passionate and dedicated individuals today!
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs
Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention
Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
Apply principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed
Attend regular meetings, training, and opportunities to stay current on best practices in the field of ABA
Collect data on client behaviors and skills / writing session notes within appropriate timeline
Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
RBT Certification Preferred
Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Organizational and time management skills
Must pass background check
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and strategies.
-Maintain professionalism in client home/school environments
