Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and mobility Participate in therapeutic and recreational group activities Support residents in daily routines and treatment plans Monitor behavior and provide accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Utilize de-escalation techniques during behavioral episodes Accompany residents to medical appointments and interdisciplinary care meetings Maintain safety and cleanliness in accordance with facility policies Reinforce individualized goals using trauma-informed approaches Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of direct care experience 3 to 5 years of experience working with older adults preferred 12 or more college credits in human services strongly preferred CPR certification required and must be from a hands-on course.
