Quality Assurance:
Help monitor, implement training programs, and enhance service quality at our centers by reviewing session notes, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines, and participating in quality assurance initiatives.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our clinical team, including other Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), therapists, and administrative staff, to ensure a unified approach to client care and staff development.
Qualifications
Education:
Master's degree in applied behavior analysis.
Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to behavioral health, child development, or a similar area.
Certification:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Licensure:
All providers must obtain licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) through the Minnesota Board of Psychology.
Applicants must:
Hold a current and active national certification as a BCBA issued by the certifying entity.
Successfully pass a criminal background check.

The Crisis Therapist is responsible for responding to crises in the Living Room either in-person or remotely. The Crisis Therapist will also assist with seeing clients short-term who are on the waitlist.
